A civil wedding in Montenegro is legally recognized in many countries worldwide. The ceremony can take place at a scenic location or at the local municipality, conducted by a Montenegrin registrar with translation into your language. We’ve helped couples from the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Israel, South Africa, and many more tie the knot officially in Montenegro.

Required documents must be sent by email at least 20 days before the wedding. Originals are needed on the day. After the ceremony, you’ll receive your international marriage certificate by DHL within 7 days.

Please note: Church weddings are not allowed during fasting periods or on certain religious holidays. Booking should be made at least two weeks in advance.
